Questions
Is this really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email, no watermark you can’t turn off. The QR code is made in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us.
Will the QR code stop working?
No. It holds your Google review link directly, with no redirect in between, so it works for as long as your Google Business Profile does.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, search your business name on Google, and choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews) on your profile. Copy the link it shows. It usually starts with g.page/r/.
Can I ask only happy customers for reviews?
No. Google’s rules say you can’t pick and choose who gets asked, and you can’t offer anything in return for a review. Ask every customer, the same way, at the end of every job.
Where should I put it?
On your invoices and estimates, a leave-behind card after each job, your truck or trailer, and the counter if you have one. The best time to ask is the moment the job is finished and the customer is looking at the result.
